The most dreadful shoe repair company in Norwich an asbuslute nigmmare in both occasions I will never use them again. Overcharged dreadful repair thats ruined shoes and they purposefully trashed them so the soles are far weaker than ever before deliberately wore down shoe then uses worst quality grade soles a heel they wear down after one week ! Wasted close to 100 pounds on extortionate rip off pricing because they think they have a monopoly seriously how did such an mcdonalds cowboy outfot ever get this large their repairers are carefully trained to ruin shoes and rip off hapless customers.Do you self a favour dont use this bunch of con men they are utterly despicable company. 12-04-17
