NO parking, the staff cancelled our first appointment and notified us last minute. (We were outside when we got the notification). The second appointment we tried to call and notify them we were outside, but Mr McClay didn't answer and then proceeded to accuse me of not trying to call. He was abrupt and didn't allow me to speak and explain. All the while I was on another business call. My other client heard the entire conversation and should NOT have heard that privileged information. It was completely rude and uncalled for. I would never expect to be treated so poorly in a customer based industry. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SOLICITOR!!!
