Very rude and unhelpful staff in the jewellery section; mis-sold a item and received no customer care whatsoever from a very rude female member of staff who certainly lacks any form of customer care skills.
The item purchased was sold with a valuation certificate of supposed high value, but on inspection by a long established expert in the jewellery trade revealed the item was worth a fraction of the price paid, and that the same said item had been presented to him by a previous dissatisfied owner.
Unfortunately could not recommend this store to anyone.
