I have been going to Timberhill Tips for over a year and have been a very happy customer until today. I thought I would use my loyalty card which entitles me to 20% off a treatment on my 6th visit - or does it? Being a faithful customer for over a year I was told that I had had the card for too long so I did not get my 20%off. I got a £5.00 reduction instead of £7.00 not a lot but when you are unemployed and had gone through cancer treatment for the past 2 years - a reason for not having more nail treatments there regularly, you would think they would give you the discount as advertised. In fact isn't this false advertising? The gentleman there was the one that did my nails and apart from speaking on his mobile and not concentrating on me for 10 minutes, he actually told me how I should have my nails and that the way I wanted them would not look very nice. I even took in a picture that I drew to show how I wanted them but that was not looked at. Timberhill nails have gone down hill and I will be going somewhere else in future where they put the customer first. Shame on you.
