Stood at the counter waiting to order for five minutes on Satruday afternoon. Noone else standing near me. Four staff present, not one of them spoke to me or even looked at me.
None of then asked if I was being served, or if I needed to order.
I might have been standing in the wrong place to order but there were no clear signs.
Ended up going to Starbucks instead. Same old frapp but at least their staff have always had good manners.
