Typical recruitment consultant bs at play.
I applied for a job via this agency. However thet jib was filled so Natalie called me and informed me of a receptionist position temp to perm within the agency. Interview arranged in person on 19/03/2024.
I attended and was met with a rather abrupt and frost 2 people named Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2. I was asked thebusual questions about my employment history. Interviewer 1 was hung up on a course I did over 20 years ago and asked if bit was distance learning! Relevance? Unsure but her tone was off.
Then some information was provided about job vacancy adverts which as a job seeker is a HUGE red flag. I challenged this red flag and then asked why it couldn't be avoided? Then the faslighting begun about me misunderstanding. No, my understanding is good so no need to use the flannel with me and attempt to sell something that is not in the best interests of any job seeker.
After being interrupted by interviewer 2, I carried on saying what I wanted yo day as shebwas so rude. At that point I ended the interview as both ladies were a tag team of poor representation of a professional company in my opinion.
My experience has solidified my disliking for recruitment consultants. Flannel and fluffing. I prefer honesty personally so fluffing something to seem better than it is is false advertising.
I would never recommend Contract Personnel Ltd Norwich. The interview was an experience and has proven to me what a cut throat and manipulative industry it can be. Flannel and fluffing have nonplace in my job search. Be honest or jog on!
