Really bad experience! I asked for just polish not gels as this was allegedly £15 I chose my colour but was railroaded into another colour by the male technician. He removed the remains of my previous colour and then a female technician took over and just carried on with gels!!
All staff apparently struggle with English language until they take your money then they manage to speak English.
They shout across the room at one another in their own language which I believe was Chinese (just going on some pictures/calendars on the walls).
I was kept waiting for over 2 hours as the technician was trying to do more customers at the same time I guess this is a negative point for walk in appointments. As I sat just observing I noticed every lady who paid was told a different price, 2 ladies queried their costs as per list on the wall they were just told no no extra for additions.
It appeared that once they had the treatment the customers couldn't challenge as what was done was done! One lady asked for different colours on each nail and was told it would be over £50 instead of the advertised price as it would take more time though she, other customers and myself failed to see why!! The staff would all shout at each other in their own language and just throw a figure out there all different to their price list posted.
Also they only take cash very strange in this day of cashless society. Maybe the HMRC should pay them a visit!!
This was an awful experience if I could give zero stars I would .... avoid at all costs find another nail bar there can not be a worse one in Norwich or Norfolk!!!
