There are so many other reputable, more established, Estate Agents to use in the Norwich area that provide high quality customer service. Given my experience with this company I strongly suggest to use a different Estate Agent if you want to deal with a company that is both professional and puts its customers first. Employees are rude, arrogant and derogatory. It's more than questionable how such an organisation continues to exist whilst providing such appalling customer interaction and service.
