I had no issues when I rented my property BUT getting any information regarding my deposit has been a nightmare. It’s almost 2 months since the end of my tenancy and still have not received any of my damage deposit. Even my landlady stated they are too busy to talk to you or respond to e-mails and they certainly do not respond in a timely manner to e-mails .
Not a company I would recommend.
