Worst customer service ever! As my daughter has only just started reception she has worn the school shoes that I purchased from stompers for two hours a day for less than two weeks. She hasn't even been on the playground yet and hasn't walked to school. The shoes are wrecked, so I took them back and was told they are wrecked due to wear and tear!! As I say she has worn them for two hours a day for less than two weeks! They were rude and stubborn, nothing like the attitude they'd shown when I was spending nearly £60 buying the shoes! The staff in schuh told me they would give a refund for shoes like that as they are clearly not fit for purpose. I will shop in schuh for my kids shoes in future, never stompers, and recommend anyone else to do the same.
