Had good customer care in the past ,but this no longer applies.I paid about £350 for my last glasses & they have been a total waste of money.When I picked them up they did not sit properly so they had to be bent to be correct.After less than six months my so called scratch resistant lenses got scratched & the transition lenses had started to have a yellow tinge to them when I was indoors & they should have been clear.Went back to Optical Revolution & was told I would have to replace both lenses at a cost of £200 which I was not prepared to do as they were only six months old,so have continued to wear the faulty glasses.They are now sixteen months old & the metal part that holds the nose pad just snapped off,went back to Optical Revolution again & the female member of staff said nothing could be done,then asked another member of staff & came back to me & said they could send them away but it would cost me £20 I then said I would not spend any money on these glasses as they are the worst ones I have ever had.Will now have to get new glasses but will definitely not be going back to optical revolution!
