Deniz has a quiet, relaxed yet empowering stance in the delivery of his sessions. He immediately brings a sense of thoroughly knowing his subject and is able to explain the subtleties and complexities of each move so that all can understand. Furthermore he visits each of the participants in turn giving confidence and individual instructions. Most importantly the sessions are fun, rewarding and energising both physically and mentally.
