I started using optical revolution when I had the task of finding the right glasses to suit my 6 yr old. I had used specsavers before and they were ok but when they changed their range and there were none suitable for my child I found it very difficult to leave them and go elsewhere. Optical revolution provided a very relaxing environment (which I really needed as it had become a very stressful task keeping my child in glasses), a great on going customer care service (which I needed because small child bent glasses on a regular basis) and made it easy for me to either chose to be with them or give me the paperwork to go elsewhere if I chose. I feel completely at ease with their very friendly and helpful staff and more importantly so does my child. Phew! Altogether a great experience
