I bought my daughter's prom dress here and all seemed OK until we went back for the fitting. They had said that the price of the dress would include alterations. This was even written on the paperwork. However, when we returned for the fitting, they claimed that they had meant, only if the dress needed downsizing completely and it did not include any minor alterations! How odd! I wish I had read other people's reviews before I was stung to the tune of £450.
