i wont recommend this firm for any work they dont value their customers. I unfortunately decided to get a plan for home extension through this firm which I now regret. once we got the planning permission they didnt have the courtesy of informing us of the decision and they sit on your plan for ages.
whenever you ring them they got an excuse that they are busy and needs more time for completion. If they are busy it is their problem and they should look into their staffing levels, rather than sitting on their work.
If you plan to start a work in 10 years time, they might be able to finish the job they started.
I wouldnt recommend this fiirm to anyone. I am planning to take my next phase of work to some other architect who values time.
