I cannot in good faith recommend BLC. Their communication isn't just poor, it's nonexistent.
It took 2 weeks for them to confirm a date after "loosing" multiple emails and whenever I called the lady on the other end was rude and said she didn't know what was going on.
Its been a week since they were last here and there is still scaffolding up with no communication whatsoever about when the work will be completed or the scaffolding removed. I understand that the weather has not been ideal but this does not excuse the total lack of communication or organisation on BLCs part.
