terrible customer service. had an armani cap at cost of nearly £100 and it is a patchy faded mess after 1year and hardly any use. when i complained to the shop i was told i shouldnt expect to have it more than one season anyway and its my fault it is faded i wore it in the sun. stupid me i thought that was what you were supposed to do with a sun cap!!m
