Mis sold a TV but store refused to refund or exchange. Reason given was that box had been opened even though it was their fitter that had opened the box! Now waiting to hear from their head office but don’t hold out much hope as the store seem to have washed their hands of us now we have paid over £1000.00 for a TV we can’t use. Shocking after service with lots of ‘the manager isn’t here’ rubbish. I would give less than 1 star if possible. Will now have to use ombudsman to try and get this sorted. Will never buy Samsung again    04-01-19
