Ordered Osborne sofa and chairs from multiyork Harrogate store in August spent £4437,when it was delivered in October the back cushions were about 6inchs to small,asked for a refund but was told that I had to let them rectify it .I was told they're get it back to me within two weeks,they admitted that it was faulty,It took them four weeks,and many phone calls to get the sofa delivered .But the sofa was still faulty,I have photos that we and delivery company took .We also have delivery note wrote and signed by delivery company stating back cushions still to small.
I have asked for refund but Muiltyork are now saying it's not a fault and it's meant to be made that way and we can't have a refund.
