Buyer beware! If something is to go wrong with your purchase you will get no warranty from Samsung . Sadly they use an old trick and it’s called ‘moisture damage’. They then charge a third of what you paid for the item to repair.

Mis sold a TV but store refused to refund or exchange. Reason given was that box had been opened even though it was their fitter that had opened the box! Now waiting to hear from their head office but don’t hold out much hope as the store seem to have washed their hands of us now we have paid over £1000.00 for a TV we can’t use. Shocking after service with lots of ‘the manager isn’t here’ rubbish. I would give less than 1 star if possible. Will now have to use ombudsman to try and get this sorted. Will never buy Samsung again
