Really bad experience! I asked for just polish not gels as this was allegedly £15 I chose my colour but was railroaded into another colour by the male technician. He removed the remains of my previous colour and then a female technician took over and just carried on with gels!!
All staff apparently struggle with English language until they take your money then they manage to speak English.
They shout across the room at one another in their own language which I believe was Chinese (just going on some pictures/calendars on the walls).
I was kept waiting for over 2 hours as the technician was trying to do more customers at the same time I guess this is a negative point for walk in appointments. As I sat just observing I noticed every lady who paid was told a different price, 2 ladies queried their costs as per list on the wall they were just told no no extra for additions.
It appeared that once they had the treatment the customers couldn't challenge as what was done was done! One lady asked for different colours on each nail and was told it would be over £50 instead of the advertised price as it would take more time though she, other customers and myself failed to see why!! The staff would all shout at each other in their own language and just throw a figure out there all different to their price list posted.
Also they only take cash very strange in this day of cashless society. Maybe the HMRC should pay them a visit!!
This was an awful experience if I could give zero stars I would .... avoid at all costs find another nail bar there can not be a worse one in Norwich or Norfolk!!!

absolutely terrible don’t go there. came off after less than a week… then claimed they can “fix them” after complaining about them did not give a refund to and knew my age yet still didn’t give the discount off. never been more dissapointed would never go there again and have honestly cried over the state of my nails so unhygienic and disgusting in there cannot believe the service… people have told me my nails are not normal and blatantly told me how bad they look is honestly embarrassing for themselves

Absolutely disgraceful service, ***Avoid at all costs****
My daughters nails fell off within 1 week and when they went in to show the rude manager she said ‘no refunds’
She clearly wasn’t interest in my teenage daughter.
If you are thinking about getting your nails done, please choose another salon…..they truly are rude, rough and dirty.
I would also question there hygiene which I will be contacting trading standards about.

Went to have my nails done today at Angel nails, never again!! It was a dreadful experience, the woman was extremely rude, and very rough, she rushed my nails and did not do a good job, I am surprised they get any return customers, I certainly will not be returning and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody, very disappointing

I went there for my nails to be done recently. I only ever go when my nails are needing to be done or if it’s a tight month for me. The customer service isn’t the best as staff do answer their phones and don’t talk to you, only amoungst themselves but I only go in to get my nails done. I am really impressed with what they do and how they produce the nails though. I have had some gorgeous nails from them and I am so in love with everything they produce for me. I would recommend to people who don’t have £60 for a set of nails who want designs on them too.

Abrupt, didn't really concentrate on me or my nails.
Answered her mobile while doing a customer's nails, not cool.
Acrylics are very thick, are uneven, not smooth like my own nails are, and do not cover the entire nail so it looks like they are growing out, after a day!!
First time I'd been here, wouldn't go again, wouldn't suggest anyone I know use them.
Will go to my usual salon and wait.

lovely nails and quick,evil to take off and ruins your nails underneath and the poeple who do your nails are rough and i was close to asking for a pain killer
