I went to have my nails infilled and gel polish. I was passed around and the gel on my nails is thick and lumpy I wish I had noticed when I was in there. They also weren’t cleaning down chairs like other places. Would not recommend going here at all. I won’t be again.

Awful. The 'gel' polish peeled off within two days. Now I know why the place was empty and I could get an appointment on the spot. Please don't waste your money on substandard service.

No customer service here. You are continuously moved from one person to another. Hit and miss with how your nails look. Why are we all wasting our money going here. Time to move on!!

I have my nails done every three weeks else where, thought I would try here and they were the worst nails I’ve ever had! Asked for Coffin shape and got square tried to tell the nail lady I wasn’t happy and got Told I was wrong she was right. They look like they are a week grown off And they charged me and extra £10 to have a little bit of gold glitter on two tips! I’m not usually one to complain but I’m disgusted with the service!!!

worst experience of my life, not only did she embarrass me and my friend but also the woman herself. The staff are rude and they don’t listen to you at all, they make you feel uncomfortable and they pull your hands and are so ruff when doing your nails. Me and my friend thought that you didn’t have to bring ID to prove you where under 16 to get the deal where it’s only £20 so, i didn’t bring ID and the woman was so offended by it and they were being so rude and when i tried to explain i didn’t have my ID they weren’t listening, by then i already had my nails done and was ready to pay, but because i didn’t bring my ID my nails were £25 but i only had £20 because the first time i went there they said it was fine. One of the women who was getting her nails done offered to pay £5 toward them and the shop women said “no no no she has to pay” and i had no other cash on me so once i explained that i didn’t have the right amount of money, the nail women grabbed my right wrist and got nail clippers and clipped off all my nails and said that i had wasted her and her husbands time. Once me and my friend left the shop i had acrylics just up to my normal nails would be, obviously i couldn’t leave my nails like that so to had to rip them off leaving my nails damaged and my act nails being ripped off and bleeding. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT GO

-fingernail mouldy after they removed my extensions due to unhygienic and dreadfully kept tools and equipment. One of my nails has completely lifted from my nail bed and completely split and paper thin!!! Totally appalled by the staffs attitude which was soooo rude and made me feel so uncomfortable!!! Worst experience I have ever had !! Firstly they completely moved me from one person to another four times and took it upon them selves to grab all my belonging and chuck them onto the floor including my open handbag which emptied all my belonging onto the floor. Then created a design which was the complete opposite of what I asked for! A lady shouted in my face when I mentioned to her that the design wasn’t at all what I asked for !! I never complain normally or write bad reviews but I was horrified at the whole experience and now have to go to the doctors for my infected nail beds!!! Which are very painful!!
