Disgusted with my visit to this shop today. There were signs all around the shop which read "20% off all marked prices" when I didn't get any discount the assistant said "yes your right we didn't think of that when we put them up" the manager came down said there wasn't 20% off all he said was " I'm not prepared to do that" Awful rude man with zero people skills! Needless to say the signs came down when I left but I took a couple of photos so because of the lousy attitude I'm going to call trading standards you shouldn't get people in your shop with false advertising!

Definitely wanted to buy a pair of shoes today but the inattentive staff were to worried about there next big order rather than good service I don't like the hard sell but when I've got one shoe on I do expect some kind of reaction from one of the two ladies stood near the til this is not the first time this happened here maybe I'll try Cambridge in the sales

Wonderful shop if you care about good quality footwear.
Helpful staff.
This gets my "Best Bet for Good Shoes in Norwich" award; only drawback is that the capacity is not large and they sell out soon of the more popular sizes.
